You can't add them directly to an RFID lock, they can't be read until you program the chip, it's the original blank chip. Please write data into the 125KHz RFID reader before use. They are blank tags with no data inside.

Can only be read and written by 125KHz RFID writer/copier, cannot be used with ONITY SYSTEM Proxmark3 RDV4 or other devices.

Chip: ATMEL T5577 (compatible with other common 125kHz tags). Non-NFC chip, cannot be used with NFC mobile phones.
